A recorded AI presenter guides the buyer through the property in their own language, room by room, with the pacing and framing of a real showing rather than a slideshow.
It runs from the listing photos you already have. No 3D scan, no camera crew, no reshoot — the depth pipeline builds the motion from standard photography, which means every listing qualifies, not just the flagship ones. Where a 3D scan does exist, it is supported.

VRE Concierge — the real-time conversation
The buyer speaks; the concierge answers. Out loud, in their language, about this specific property — price history, HOA, school zoning, what the neighbors sold for.
It is available the moment interest strikes, which is rarely during office hours and rarely in English. It identifies itself as an AI at the start of every session, and hands off to the human broker the moment a question crosses into licensed territory.

Built for the regulator, not around it
Every VRE surface discloses its AI status at session start, never represents itself as a licensed professional, and defers license-required activity to a human. Brokerage identification follows FREC Rule 61J2-10.025. The supervision binder exists because the audit will come, and the answer should already be printed.
Built and owned end to end
3D HD Soft owns the full stack — presentation, conversation, translation, and compliance. Where a third-party component sits at the core of the product, we vendor the source and maintain it ourselves. Nothing critical depends on a roadmap we do not control.
